The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help. <br> </span><span class="accessheadings"><br> Pre-Arrival </span><span class="accesstext"><br> </span><span class="accesstext">• The main train and coach station is 10 minutes walk away. <br> • There is a local taxi service that has accessible taxis if required, we can make a booking for you. <br> • We have a comprehensive website <br> <br> </span>Arrival & Car Parking Facilities <span class="accesstext"><br> • On Arrival to the property there is single entrance gate <br> • No marked parking bays but there is customer parking for 4 cars <br> • The surface is level, flat and paved <br> • We can assist guests with luggage <br> <br> </span>Main Entrance & Reception <span class="accessheadings"><br> </span><span class="accesstext">• The front garden is level with the street with no steps. <br> • There is outdoor is seating prvided at the front of the building. <br> • The front door has one low step 9cm high. <br> • The inner front door is always locked but we do have a bell next to the outer porch door at a height of 1.4m <br> • The outer door is 79cm wide. <br> • On entry into our home there is a hallway 3.9m by 87cm <br> • There is carpeted flooring throughout the ground floor <br> <br> </span>Public Areas - General (Internal) <span class="accessheadings"><br> </span><span class="accesstext">• Our corridors to the first floor are 87cm wide <br> • Corridors have a good colour contrast and are well lit <br> • The flooring on all corridors on the ground floor are carpet <br> • The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet <br> • The breakfast room is on the ground floor. <br> • There are 8 stairs to a landing followed by a further 8 stairs to the first floor bedroom. <br> • The stairs are 18cm high, 24cm deep, 85cm wide <br> <br> </span><span class="accessheadings">Public Areas - WC </span><span class="accesstext"><br> • There is one shared WC on the first floor. <br> <br> </span><span class="accessheadings">Dining Room<br> </span><span class="accesstext">• Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor. <br> • There are no steps <br> • Tables have underspace of 66cm high by 90cm wide and height of 74cm (legs on each corner). <br> • Chair seat height 43 cm <br> • Furniture is flexible and can be moved on request <br> • We do not play background music in any area of the Guest House <br> Laundry <br> </span><span class="accessheadings"><br> </span><span class="accessheadings"> Bedrooms <br> </span><span class="accesstext">• There are 5 bedrooms, three on the first floor and two on the second floor. <br> • BEDROOM FOUR is at the rear of the premisies on the first floor and is accessed via the stairs (13 steps) <br> • The stairs are 18cm high, 26cm deep, 80cm wide <br> • Door width 63cm - one step down into room -step height 7cm.
