in our home based 3 bedroom guest accommodation with breakfast. The following

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• On Arrival to the property there is single entrance gate
• No marked parking bays but there is customer parking for 4 cars
• The surface is level, flat and paved
• We can assist guests with luggage
Main Entrance & Reception • The front garden is level with
the street with no steps.
• There is outdoor is seating prvided at the front of the building.
• The front door has one low step 9cm high.
• The inner front door is always locked but we do have a bell next
to the outer porch door at a height of 1.4m
• The outer door is 79cm wide.
• On entry into our home there is a hallway 3.9m by 87cm
• There is carpeted flooring throughout the ground floor

are 87cm wide
• Corridors have a good colour contrast and are well lit
• The flooring on all corridors on the ground floor are carpet
• The covering on stairs and upstairs corridors is short pile carpet

• There are 8 stairs to a landing followed by a further 8 stairs
to the first floor bedroom.
